SaskEnergy has been Saskatchewan's Champion of Volunteers for nearly 25 years. Now, we are saddling up with Canadian Western Agribition as volunteer sponsor for the 2024 event.

This year’s Agribition, which takes place from November 25-30 in Regina, will need the help of more than 350 volunteers. Roles include student safety, information booths, driving, hospitality and more.

Thanks to SaskEnergy’s support, new volunteers who sign up will be entered to win a SaskEnergy gift basket, including two concert tickets and a meet-and-greet with country singer Randall King!

For anyone interested in volunteering for this year’s Agribition, sign up by Monday, June 17, to be entered for a chance to win!

For 30 years, SaskEnergy has been a proud supporter of CWA. From educational tradeshow booths to major volunteer sponsorships, we continue to team up in our shared vision of the valuable role that volunteers play in the province.

“It’s clear that volunteers bring the spirit, enthusiasm and passion that drives this great event,” says SaskEnergy’s President and CEO Mark Guillet. “SaskEnergy is proud to support all of the people who give their time and energy to make Canadian Western Agribition a success.”

To launch the volunteer recruitment campaign, SaskEnergy hosted a media event on May 30. Guests included Travis Keisig, MLA for Last Mountain-Touchwood & Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Crown Investments Corporation, Shaun Kindopp, CEO of CWA, and Bill Aullie, past president and long-time CWA volunteer. CWA’s new mascot Sir Loin also stopped by!
