SaskEnergy threepeats as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers
For the third year in a row, SaskEnergy is proud to be named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers.
Awarded annually by Mediacorp Canada Inc., Canada's Top 100 Employers recognizes organizations that are leaders in providing exceptional workplaces for their employees.
For Jeddalyn Nadeau, an Operations Technician in Saskatoon, getting the opportunity to advance her career in-house is what makes SaskEnergy a great place to work.
Jeddalyn started at SaskEnergy as a Customer Service Representative, and had hopes of becoming an Operations Technician.
With the guidance and support of other technicians, Jeddalyn applied for and earned a position in our Operations Technician training program. The two-year program provides employees the opportunity to train under the guidance of an experienced technician.
In 2021, Jeddalyn completed the program and has been an Operations Technician ever since.
“I feel very proud to work for a company that will provide opportunities for me to pursue a fulfilling career,” says Jeddalyn. “And, to have fellow employees lend their support to me in my pursuit was amazing.”
The competition judges cited several reasons for their decision to recognize SaskEnergy as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2025, including our numerous community support initiatives, generous maternity and parental leave payments, and our defined contribution pension plan.
“The positive corporate culture that we have at SaskEnergy is made possible because of our team of employees throughout the province,” says Mark Guillet, President and CEO. “I am pleased that their contributions to SaskEnergy have been recognized through this national honour.”
Employers competing for the title of Canada's Top 100 Employers are judged in eight categories:

- Financial benefits and compensation;
- Health and family-friendly benefits;
- Vacation and personal time off;
- Employee engagement and performance;
- Training and skills development; and,
- Community involvement.
